Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for eligible items within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify for an exchange:
• The item must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered
• All original tags and packaging must be intact
• A valid order confirmation or receipt must be provided
• The product must not show signs of wear or damage caused by the customer
If the requested size or item is not available, we may offer a store credit voucher equal to the product value.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted only if the product delivered is incorrect, damaged, or defective.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue for verification.
Once verified, our support team will guide you through the return process.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
• Items purchased during sales or promotional offers
• Items that have been used, washed, or altered
• Products returned without original tags or packaging

After receiving and inspecting the product, we will process the exchange or store credit.
Please allow 5–7 working days for processing once the returned item is received.
Refund Policy
Currently, cash refunds are not offered. In cases where an exchange cannot be completed, a store credit voucher may be issued for future purchases.
